　　黄库（1957年——），斋名墨极堂。

　　出生于中国湖南宁远县。祖籍湖南资兴市。汉族。教育世家。艺术学博士学位。墨派艺术创始人，百变书法宗师，著名书法理论家，诗人，学者，辞书编纂家，国礼艺术家。“意书”书法创立者，中国孔子奖章、法国艺术及文学骑士勋章获得者。2015年“黄库艺术研究会”成立，2019年授予“世界殿堂级艺术大师”，同年登上纽约时代广场纳斯达克大屏。

　　黄库在传承中国几千年传统书法艺术基础上，创建“墨书学”、“百变书法”理论。他的“象元素学”、“阴阳书法”、“S”艺术、“S几何”书法、“母子书”、“工意书”、“格书”和“作品中心论”等书法新理论极大地丰富和发展了中国书法艺术。他创立并开启了书法“意书”的创作，使中国书法进入一种科学完整的艺术形态。

　　黄库通过运用独创的“阴阳辩证审美造型”理论和“格书”方法，使书法作品千姿百态，意象非凡，美不胜收。所创造的“阴阳书法(阴阳体)”——“意书”，在书坛上产生重大影响，被誉为“百变书法家”和“百变书法宗师”，书法风格自成一派。他是“墨派”艺术的创始人，是中国书法学科理论研究的倡导者和开创者。以其独特的艺术风格和书法学科理论贡献享誉艺坛，是新中国新时代书法传承与创新的代表人物，是书法理论和作品创新的双功人才。其辞书代表著作《辞类》(300万字)，耗十年心血，1993年出版发行，填补中国辞书空白。入选《中国社会科学工具书检索大典》。国内各大图书馆均有收藏。2015年“黄库艺术研究会”成立。
