　　陈清龙 1957年出生,浙江温岭人。毕业于浙江教育学院美术教育本科,进修过浙师大教管硕士课程班、中国书画艺术函大北京总校国画研修班。中国艺研院特约研究员、美国海外艺协理事、中国国画家协会理事、中国书画艺术研究院理事、浙江省温岭中学美术专职教员、获联合国教科文组织‘当代师表’称号。

　　1994年国画作品《船魂》在浙江省师生书画展中被评为二等奖;国画作品《归渔破浪行》被省教研室评为二等奖;1995年国画作品作品《前程似锦》被“希望杯”全国师生评委会评为二等奖;1999年国画作品作品《前夜泊》参与中韩国际书画交流展中被评为特等奖;2000年国画作品《和谐》参加文化部艺人中心举办的申奥书画展被选入全国300幅作品内在中国美术馆—香港—俄罗斯等地巡展;2003年国画作品《海岛渔村》被世界艺术家协会评为金奖,同年书画作品被中国书画研究院评为金奖,且聘为理事;国画作品被中国教育学会美学分会评为一等奖、书法作品评为二等奖、摄影作品被中国教育报社评为一等奖,作品多次在省级国家级杂志、报纸中选登。辅导的学生作品在各级各类书画赛中获奖,在省级杂志中选登、在中国美术馆展览,受到中国教育学会在中国教育报中点名表扬,学校被中国教育学会颁发集体二等奖。撰写的教学论文在教育系统及艺术家系统中都被评为一等奖多次,并参与集会交流;一级美术师。

　　Chen Qinglong was born in 1957 in Wenling, Zhejiang. He graduated from Zhejiang Institute of Education with a bachelor's degree in fine arts education. He has also received a master's degree in teaching management from Zhejiang Normal University and a seminar on traditional Chinese painting from Beijing General School of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art Correspondence University. He is a special researcher of the Chinese Academy of Arts, an associate administrator of overseas arts in the United States, a director of the Chinese Artists Association, a director of the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, a full-time teacher of fine arts at Wenling Middle School in Zhejiang Province, and was awarded the title of "Contemporary Teacher" by UNESCO. In 1994, the traditional Chinese painting "The Soul of a Boat" was awarded the second prize in the calligraphy and painting exhibition of teachers and students in Zhejiang Province. The traditional Chinese painting "Return to Fishing and Break Waves" was awarded the second prize by the provincial teaching and research section. In 1995, the traditional Chinese painting work "A Bright Future" was awarded the second prize by the "Hope Cup" national teachers and students jury. In 1999, the Chinese painting work "Eve Park" was awarded a special prize in the Sino-Korean International Painting and Calligraphy Exchange Exhibition. In 2000, the traditional Chinese painting "Harmony" was selected to participate in the Olympic bid calligraphy and painting exhibition held by the Artists Center of the Ministry of Culture, and was selected to tour 300 works in China Art Museum-Hong Kong-Russia and other places. In 2003, the traditional Chinese painting "Island Fishing Village" was awarded the gold medal by world artists association, and the painting and calligraphy works in the same year were awarded the gold medal by the Chinese Academy of Painting and Calligraphy and were appointed as directors. Chinese painting works were awarded the first prize by the aesthetics branch of the China education society, calligraphy works were awarded the second prize, photography works were awarded the first prize by the China education news agency, and works were selected and published in provincial state magazines and newspapers many times. The works of the tutored students won prizes in various painting and calligraphy competitions at all levels, were selected in provincial magazines and exhibited in the China Art Museum, were named and praised by the China Education Society in the China Education Newspaper, and the school was awarded the collective second prize by the China Education Society.
